Sheldon Jordan, CEO of Peptineo, summarizes an effort to produce and deliver therapeutics in response to emergencies that cross international borders. This presentation reframes key issues extending back to the initial HIV pandemic, discusses international response in the event of a global crisis, and provides a context for contemporary issues including Ebola.
