Hazard completes Tuskegee Airmen Monument

Instructor Ben Hazard's work of the Tuskegee Airmen Monument has been completed at the Veterans' Memorial at 1100 Louisiana Blvd. NE, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The dedication will take place in fall 2013.
