Associate Director Sonia Rankin’s article, Black Kinship Circles in the 21st Century: Survey of Recent Child Welfare Reforms and How It Impacts Black Kinship Care Families has been accepted for publication by the Whittier Journal of Child and Family Advocacy at the Whittier Law School in California . It should be published in the 2012-2013 academic year.
